    Finding Our Niche

Posted by Tim Johnson on Feb 3, 2017 10:32:25 AM

To put it plainly, finding our niche is nothing more than finding a product or service that we provide better or cheaper (or both) than anyone else.  As in the infographic to the right, the best area to be is in the far upper-right quadrant for the best profitability. The Promotion Effect

Posted by Jody Sause on Jan 20, 2017 3:09:27 PM

We’re bombarded with it every day.  Our inboxes are full of emails from stores and websites letting us know about whatever amazing and limited-time offer they have going on that day.  We turn on the TV, and watch commercial after commercial telling us about sale after sale.  There’s billboards, flyers, junk mail, even people spinning signs on roadsides to try to get us to come into their store.

Posted by Tim Johnson on Jan 6, 2017 8:00:00 AM

A Tool for Growth You May be Overlooking...

Posted by Jody Sause on Nov 18, 2016 8:13:19 AM

Technology is great.  The internet has given us access to a wealth of knowledge and services at our fingertips.  We all can hop online to shop, do our banking, pay bills, order food and do just about anything else under the sun.  So now, I ask you a simple question…how long has it been since you spoke to your sales rep?  Really spoke to them?  Not just a quick call to check an order status or find out how to do something on the website.  If I’m correct, and I usually am (if I do say so myself), it’s been a while.  And what’s wrong with that, you ask?
